Tunturi Gym Rings Wood
The Tunturi wooden gymnastic rings (14TUSCF082) have a diameter of 23 cm and are 28 mm thick. They come in pair with storage net and adjustable straps with markings. This allows you to do a lot of different exercises. Especially for artistic gymnastics but also for coordination and strength training, the rings are optimally suited. The special thing about training with gymnastics rings is that the rings vibrate freely and loosely. Therefore, it takes a tremendous body tension during training, because the body must also permanently compensate for these vibrations in addition to the exercises. Thus, the training can reach completely new dimensions and will be a lot more demanding. The rings are also available in ABS material (14TUSCF081).
