The Tunturi Wooden Gym Rings (14TUSCF104) is an efficient allrounder when it comes to fitness training. Gym Rings have mostly been used in artistic gymnastics but have become more and more popular in different sports such as for example Cross Training. They are an efficient training tool to improve coordination, strength and grip. The gymnastic rings made ensure an effective training because it takes a tremendous body tension during the execution of the exercises.
