With this accessory you can transform your Quick-Lock dumbbells into a MaceBell (IM3113), a long handle with weight on the end to train especially the torso and shoulders, but also ideal for pull ups and swing exercises.
This club handle is sold individually and is designed to also accommodate the Quick-Lock weight plate system. This opens up new possibilities for the home gym, from warming up for a workout to a dedicated club workout. You can use this accessory to perform movements with additional weight, such as squats and curls, or unilateral exercises like lunges. Specific training with the mace allows you to target the core, shoulders, back and arms.
