Changing weights is so simple it can be done with just one hand. Turn the locking mechanism 90 degrees and the locking pin releases—allowing weights to be swapped in under 15 seconds.

The standard set covers a weight range from 2.2 to 34 kg. With optional add-on kits, the dumbbell can be expanded up to 74 kg per dumbbell. All weight plates are also compatible with kettlebells, EZ curl bars, and straight bars, giving you maximum training versatility.
