Easy Weight Changes
Changing the weight is so simple it can be done with just one hand. Rotate the locking mechanism 90 degrees, and the safety pin releases – the weights can be swapped in under 15 seconds.
Easily Expandable Weight System
The dumbbell comes with a standard weight range of 2.2–20.4 kg. With additional weight plates, the handles and locking screws can support up to 34 kg (75 lbs). With optional add-on kits, the dumbbell can be expanded to an impressive 74 kg (165 lbs) per dumbbell. All weight plates are also compatible with kettlebells, EZ curl bars, and straight bars, giving you maximum training versatility.
