Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbell

The XL version of the Bowflex SelectTech 1090 (8000865) dumbbell can be adjusted from 4.5 to 40.8 kg. Due to the high adjustable weight of 40.8 kg per dumbbell, the SelectTech 1090 are also suitable for intensive strength training. Switching between the different weights is done via a rotary switch.

For those who find the 40.8 kg of dumbbells too heavy, we recommend the Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbell. Adjustable from 2.3 to 23.8 kg.

The patented adjustment mechanism allows you to select the desired weight with just one turn. Only the weight plates needed for the set weight are captured. The rest remain in the holder.

Thanks to the ingenious principle, the Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbell replaces 15 individual dumbbells. The Bowflex SelectTech dumbbell stand with media rack (100736), which is available as an optional accessory, makes it easy to pick up and put down the dumbbell.
