Bowflex Bench 5.1S
The Bowflex weight bench 5.1S (100675) offers you numerous training options for your strength training. The flat bench can be adjusted over 6 different angles (from -20° to 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° up to 90°) and can thus be used for a varied dumbbell and barbell training. The seat can also be adjusted as needed. The leg rest provides support for many exercises and also turns the weight bench into a sit-up bench for abdominal muscle training.
The flat bench and the seat are well padded and ensure you high comfort and safety during every exercise. After training, the weight bench can be easily and uncomplicatedly stowed with the transport wheels. Thanks to the practical folding mechanism, you save more than 50% of the floor space.
