Simply select the desired workout weight (3.4 kg - 13.9 kg) by turning the adjustment knob. The selected weight level is locked in place when the selector is pressed down.
The weight of the MX30 Adjustable Dumbells can be set in 10 levels:
Level 1: 7.5 LBS/ 3.4 kg
Level 2: 10 LBS/ 4.5 kg
Level 3: 12.5 LBS/ 5.7 kg
Level 4: 15 LBS/ 6.8 kg
Level 5: 17.5 LBS/ 7.9 kg
Level 6: 20 LBS/ 9.1 kg
Level 7: 22.5 LBS/ 10.2 kg
Level 8: 25 LBS/ 11.3 kg
Level 9: 27.5 LBS/ 12.5 kg
Level 10: 30 LBS/ 13.9 kg
