Bowflex Bench 3.1S
The Bowflex SelectTech 3.1S (100917) is a classic weight bench for home use. Transport wheels make it easy to roll the bench to the desired training location and stow it away again after training.
The four-way adjustable backrest makes the Bowflex SelectTech Bench a 3-in-1 weight bench. This is because you can adjust the SelectTech 3.1 into the following weight benches:
- Negative Bench
- Incline bench 45°
- flat bench
In addition, the weight bench is still adjustable at 90°. The well-made pads provide, even when training with heavy weights, for a good training comfort.
The footrest underneath the seat is a good aid for fixing the feet during many dumbbell exercises. But you can also use it very well to do abdominal workouts on the Bowflex weight bench.
The Bowflex 3.1S workout bench has a net weight of 27 kg and the maximum user weight is 218 kg. Installation dimensions in cm: (LxWxH) 142 x 66 x 51
