For those who find the 23.8 kg of the dumbbell too light, we recommend the XL version Bowflex SelectTech 1090 (8000865) dumbbell. Adjustable from 4.5 to 40.8 kg.
The patented adjustment mechanism allows you to select the desired weight with just one turn. Only the weight plates needed for the set weight are captured. The rest remain in the holder.
Through this ingenious trick, the Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbell replaces 15 individual dumbbells. The Bowflex SelectTech dumbbell stand with media rack, available as an accessory, allows a particularly comfortable pick up and put down of the dumbbell.
