The Tunturi Multifunctional Resistance Band Set (14TUSFU199) is made of latex and comes with a mesh bag to easily carry and store the training equipment. The set consists of 5 resistance bands, 2 handles, 2 foot and wrist straps, 1 door anchor, 1 exercise chart, 1 carrying bag and 1 protective sleeve. The length of the resistance bands (including carabiners) is 120 cm. The different colors stand for different strengths of resistance:
