Tunturi Balance Board Adjustable
The adjustable balance board from Tunturi (14TUSYO020) helps you to train balance and coordination. This balance trainer is made for beginners as well as for experienced user, because its level can be adjusted.
The Tunturi balance consists of a plate and a green foot on its bottom. In order to stand straight on this training board, your body has to seek balance continuously.
Intensity of balance training can be changed by using the black cap, which is below the green foot. As soon as the cap is mounted, the training becomes more intense. If it is too heavy, the cap can be removed again to reduce the angle and lower the workout level. With cap the angle is at 20 degrees, without cap it is at 10 degrees. The larger the angle, the more the body has correct its position to stand upwards on the trainer.
The diameter of this Tunturi balance trainer is 40 cm. The height with cap measures 9 cm and without cap it is 5.5 cm.
