Bluetooth pedometer - pair the step with the Reebok Fitness app and track your training session
The integrated Bluetooth step counter provides feedback to your phone or tablet when paired with the Reebok Fitness App. Equipped with both a '1 tap' and '2 tap' function, the counter can be used to track exercises where both hands or feet touch the platform in unison or in sequence. 1 tap mode is great for tracking exercises like box jumps, while the 2 tap mode is ideal for tracking the number of step ups.
“Click & Lock”
With three quick and easy “Click & Lock” height adjustments (15, 20 and 25 cm), you can use the Step Board to adjust the intensity of your training to suit your personal fitness level. Simply click and lock the feet to the desired height and you're ready to go! The non-slip rubber feet absorb impact and provide a solid, stable fitness platform. The step is lightweight and easy to move and store, yet solid and sturdy enough to withstand the toughest workouts.
