Fully compatible with Ironmaster Quick-Lock plates, it features rotating recessed collars for fast and secure weight changes. With a base weight of 7 kg, the bar can be loaded with up to 68 kg of plates, resulting in a maximum total weight of 74.8 kg. Made from durable, chrome-plated steel and equipped with knurled, non-slip grips, this 122 cm long bar with a 2.5 cm diameter is ideal for safe and effective arm workouts at home.
