With a total of 24 pre-installed training programs, 3 target programs, 3 heart rate programs, and 3 fully customizable workouts, you can enjoy maximum training variety. All relevant performance data are clearly displayed on the easy-to-read 8-inch LCD display, allowing you to monitor and control your training at all times.
Through connectivity with adidas Console+, you gain access to a global running community. Thanks to Zwift compatibility, you can run on virtual routes and compete with runners from around the world. With Kinomap, you can explore real-life running routes, take part in interactive challenges, and train together with friends – adding extra motivation to every workout.
In addition, Console+ offers detailed training analyses, synchronization with selected health apps, and automatic saving of your workout sessions. This allows you to keep track of your progress at all times and, if desired, share your achievements directly on social networks.
