It is ideal for exercises such as Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Virabhadrasana I–III (Warrior poses), Plank (Phalakasana) and Chaturanga Dandasana. The high-quality folded and reinforced seams ensure durability and stability, even during intensive training sessions.
With a size of 183 × 63 cm, the yoga towel fully covers a standard yoga mat (60 × 180 cm).
