The Tunturi Rotational Core Trainer (18TSRC2060) can be bought to expand the Cross Training Rack RC20. A complete functional core workout can be achieved, when a barbell bar is attached to the base of the sleeve. This exercise tool is constructed for core training and rotational torso workout to improve upper body strength and condition. Due to the swivel, the athlete can perform different types of rotational exercises, presses and lifts. The most known exercise is the T-Bar Row. And since the mounting system is very easily but still stable constructed, the Tunturi Rotational Core Trainer can be attached to the Cross Fit Rack RC20 without big effort.
