The Tunturi Push-Up Bars (14TUSFU121) support optimally the upper arm push-up training. Push-ups are the simplest but also the most efficient basic exercises for the chest and arms. These Tunturi push-up Bars give a good grip on the floor due to the rubber coating and a secure and comfortable grip because of the neoprene padding on the hand bars. With push-up grips, fast training results can be achieved within little time. Furthermore, additional ballast like weight vests can be used to increase progress. Additional ballast such as weight wests can also be bought in our shop.
