Ergonomic Design for Comfortable Training
The handles are ergonomically shaped and fit comfortably in your hand. The white anti-slip zone with grooves ensures a secure grip even during intense exercises. The resistance can be easily adjusted using the rotary knob:

Orange Grip: Resistance 5–20 kg
Grey Grip: Resistance 10–40 kg
