Stable construction for safe training
The balance board consists of a durable platform and a non-slip green base underneath. To remain stable on the board, your body must continuously adjust and correct its balance – making it perfect for training deep muscles, stability, and body control.
Individually adjustable training intensity
Under the green base is a black cap that allows you to determine the intensity of your balance training:
With the cap, the training angle increases to 20 degrees – ideal for a more challenging workout.
Without the cap, the angle is 10 degrees, making it perfect for lighter balance training.
The greater the angle, the more your muscles are challenged – and the more intensively you train your balance.
Optimal dimensions for versatile training
The balance cushion has a diameter of 40 cm, providing ample space for a secure stance and a variety of compact exercises. With a height of 9 cm with the cap and 5.5 cm without the cap, the balance board can be easily and flexibly integrated into any training routine.
