The set includes a straight barbell, an EZ-curl bar, 45.3 kg of weights, and a compact dual rack that stores both barbells space-efficiently. Whether you start at 12.7 kg or progress up to 45.3 kg, the 10 predefined weight settings allow for targeted, personalized workouts.
Both bars use the same nylon-coated, steel-encased weight plates, making switching between bars highly efficient. The dual rack enables quick changes from the straight bar to the curl bar, effectively replacing 10 fixed barbells and 10 fixed curl bars — a tremendous space saver!
