The multifunctional handle is perfect as a barbell row attachment for heavy T-Bar Rows but also works effectively on cable machines for lat pulldowns and seated rows. The dual-adjustable grips allow both standard and neutral grips in various widths, enabling you to customize your training and target different muscle groups efficiently.
This robust handle is designed for Olympic bars with a 50 mm diameter. To use, place the handle on the bar first, then add weight plates. The grips can be adjusted closer together or further apart to vary grip widths and training intensity. Locking pins secure the handle in 5 cm increments for reliable positioning.
The 15° angled square bar provides the optimal grip angle for standard grips and ensures natural movement with excellent freedom of motion.
For cable training, the Ultimate Row Handle features a central attachment point. This allows you to use it effectively for lat pulldowns and cable rows, with adjustable grip widths for standard or neutral grip options.
