It uses the same Quick-Lock screws and weight plates as the Ironmaster Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbells (sold separately). Weight increases can be adjusted in increments of 1.1 and 2.2. kg, from 10.2 kg to 36.3 kg. The Quick-Lock pin is made of high quality milled steel to withstand heavy use.
