Fluid Resistance: Rowing like on water
The Apollo Plus Black indoor rowing machine offers four easily adjustable resistance levels that can be quickly changed by turning the resistance regulator. The integrated training console displays all essential data: distance, 500-meter time, strokes per minute, calories burned per hour, watts, and pulse. This allows trainees to continuously monitor and improve their performance.
