Versatile Full-Body Training
The WT80 power station comes with an adjustable lever arm, perfect for exercises such as lat pulldowns, chest presses, and shoulder presses when combined with the bench. The adjustable bench can be easily set into 4 seat positions and 10 backrest positions, ensuring you are always in the most comfortable training position. Remove the bench to create space for additional exercises like tricep extensions, bicep curls, calf raises, squats, or low rows.
Customizable Training Intensity
You can adjust the intensity of your workout by loading the desired number of weight plates onto the lever arm. The plastic clips ensure the weights remain securely in place. Please note that weight plates are sold separately and are not included. The seat and backrest are fully adjustable, allowing both flat and incline positions. Additionally, the bench can be moved forward and backward to provide optimal training positions for every exercise.
