The weight adjustment is done through a high-quality aluminum locking mechanism. The station comes with 4 x 0.5 kg aluminum weights and 11 x 2 kg weights, resulting in a total load of 24 kg.

Accessories The station also comes with useful accessories, including spacers, a triceps bar, a lat bar, and a pair of single handles, allowing you to add variety to your workouts. This gives you the option to train not only your upper body but also your leg and gluteal muscles.
Important Note: For optimal safety and use, the Tunturi PL80 Cable Station should be mounted to a wall using suitable mounting hardware. Mounting materials are not included.
