Fluid Rower® - Innovation by Fluid Resistance
FDF developed the Adjustable Fluid Resistance and today manufactures a line of home and commercial fitness equipment based on the unique and patented Twin Tank Fluid Resistance System. The adjustable Fluid Resistance Twin Tank was introduced on the first Fluid Rower®
in 2002. This version challenged the conventional notion of how water could create resistance, rather than just adding momentum to a rotating flywheel. In 2005, the world's first Fluid Resistance Upper Body Ergometer (UBE) was released.

First Degree Fitness®
develops fluid rowers for home and commercial use, made of wood, steel, aluminum or a combination of these materials. The rowing ergometers are produced from American ash wood, a high quality finish of the wood by fine sanding and the use of two layers of varnish.
