This robust all-in-one training device combines running, strength, and rehabilitation training. The TR30 treadmill features 57 training programs and a 15-level incline. Equipped with a 3 HP AC motor and a running surface of 156 x 56 cm, the Tunturi Platinum Core Pro treadmill reaches a top speed of up to 20 km/h.
Experience Intense Power Sled Training with the Tunturi Platinum Core
Utilize the core bar at the front of the treadmill to push or pull backward. The core bar can be adjusted to two positions – loose or fixed – with the 'pop pin'. The resistance can be adjusted from 1 to 100%. For an extra challenge, attach the bungee resistance bands.
Tunturi Routes App: Outdoor Training Indoors
For even more training variety, connect your tablet, smartphone, or TV via Bluetooth and use apps like Tunturi Routes with over 50,000 different locations or Zwift. Jog along the beautiful beaches of the Maldives, through Paris, or on solitary mountain paths. The free version of the app offers 15 video routes. The premium version gives you access to hundreds of thousands of kilometers of routes worldwide and hundreds of coaching videos. The incline angles of your treadmill automatically synchronize with the elevation changes in the video, making the training even more realistic. Easily adjust the intensity of the route to suit your needs.
Strength Test: Put Your Performance to the Test
Train for 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds at 100% resistance. The treadmill measures and displays the power exerted in watts and the distance covered. This unique feature makes the device particularly suitable for HIIT and Cross-Fit workouts.
Limit Mode: Precise Rehabilitation
The limit mode offers a unique starting speed of 0.1 km/h and a maximum speed of 2.5 km/h. The monitor displays the distance covered per meter instead of the usual 100 meters. This allows for extremely precise training data for both light and heavy rehabilitation exercises.
Backward Walking: Effective Physiotherapy Training
The special backward walking program offers the same speed range as the limit mode (0.1 to 2.5 km/h) and literally moves the running mat in the opposite direction. Walking backward is an excellent physiotherapy exercise and can be combined with an incline to walk downhill instead of uphill.
Precise Heart Rate Monitoring and Expandable Features
Measure your pulse during training with the hand pulse sensors on the handrails. For more accurate heart rate monitoring, you can optionally use a 5.4 kHz chest strap.
