Run training of the latest generation with the Bowflex Treadmill 56 (100912) - The American fitness equipment specialist has been inspiring with innovative fitness equipment for decades. The two models of Bowflex T25 and T56 are identical in construction. The only difference between them is the console size. The T56 is controlled via a 22-inch touchscreen display. The console is in English only.
Increase your endurance step by step. The training possibilities of the Bowflex treadmill are enormous. You can train with 10 professional running programs that always adapt to your performance. With the Guided Coaching function, the JRNY software adapts the training program to your performance every day. The function checks your performance and gives you tips and feedback for the optimal training.
If you like to train interactively, this is also no problem with the Bowflex Treadmill 56. The open Bluetooth interface allows you to pair with popular running apps like Zwift, Kinomap or Explore the World. Run together with like-minded people from all over the world and share your experiences and adventures.
Through the JRNY software, you can connect the treadmill to entertainment portals like Prime Videos, Netflix or Disney+. Relax with your favorite series or watch the latest blockbusters.
The Bowflex Treadmill T56 will keep you sweating at 20km/h and up to 20% incline. Also, you have the option of exercising up to 5% in negative incline (i.e. downhill). For a home fitness treadmill, the performance data is enormous.
Due to the outstanding quality, the Bowflex treadmill is approved for runners up to over 180 kg body weight. Even tall runners can run safely on the 152x56 cm running surface.
With the JRNY app (membership required), you can create unlimited user profiles. There are also endless workout programs to complete, such as custom, personalized and adaptive workouts. Based on your workout performance, the APP adapts to your fitness level and keeps presenting you with new workouts to match your current fitness level. You have the opportunity to train with "Explore the World" on over 400 real routes from around the world - new routes are always being added.
In addition, there are JRNY trainer-guided workout videos for your motivation (personal coach). There is a full range of strength, cardio and yoga workouts here. New workouts are added every month.
With the free version (without Membership) of JRNY you also have access to the features mentioned above, but only limited videos, routes and programs are available.
