Schwinn's innovative fitness bike features an air resistance system. Unlike electronically adjustable resistance systems, you can freely define your individual and varying resistance without pressing buttons on the display. The principle is simple and very effective. The harder you train, the higher the generated air resistance in the drive wheel. The console of the AD8 contains a total of 9 training programs (including interval programs, heart rate controlled programs and a fat burning program). With the Schwinn Airdyne AD8, both the beginner and the professional athlete can train effectively, test their own performance limits and develop them further.
