While the motion on the Max Trainer is similar to the motion on an elliptical trainer, it is completely different. The special shape and position of the arm bars ensures a significantly higher upper body effort than on a conventional elliptical trainer. Leg training is also even more intense due to the higher load during leg extension. With its 16 resistance levels, the Max Trainer M6 will make even the best athlete sweat.
