Bowflex Max Trainer M9 (100965) - the perfect combination of cross trainer and stepper. The Max Trainer M9 enables HIIT training that is easy on the joints in the smallest of spaces. The Bowflex Max Trainer M9 offers a 10 inch touchscreen display and in combination with the JRNY app almost unlimited training possibilities.
The Max Trainer M9 combines the benefits of a stepper and cross trainer on one compact piece of exercise equipment. Climbing stairs on a stepper primarily strengthens leg, gluteal and hip muscles. In addition, stair climbing is a more strenuous movement for the muscles and body than walking or jogging on level ground. This is due to the height that must be climbed with each step. The higher load is accompanied by increased calorie consumption.
On a cross trainer, due to the moving arm bars, the upper body is involved in the workout, so almost all of the muscles are working.
The Bowflex Max Trainer M9 takes the intense workout experience of a stepper and adds the upper body workout component of a cross trainer. The result is a joint-sparing, calorie-burning HIIT full-body workout.
