Fluid Rower Evolution E350 Silver Bronze Rowing Machine

The indoor rower E350 (22FE350000) from Fluid Rower by First Degree Fitness offers the possibility to vary the resistance during the workout thanks to the revolutionary Fluid technology. Via a lever on the water tank of the E350, the resistance can be adjusted in 10 steps. Via Bluetooth, the change in resistance is transmitted to the E350's console for accurate readings.

The Fluid Rower E350 rower is designed for gyms, companies and hotels with a small amount of space or for the private home with the highest demands.

Fluid Rower's E350 has a water tank with two separate chambers. There is an active chamber and a passive chamber. Manually (in 10 steps), the water can be transported from the active to the passive chamber and vice versa by opening and closing integrated sluices. Only the water that is in the active chamber is moved during the training. The training resistance is built up on the one hand by the amount of water in the tank and on the other hand by the traction strength of the trainee.

Thanks to the auto-start function, the rowing computer of the E350 switches on automatically at the start of the workout. The large LCD display continuously informs about the training progress and constantly shows relevant training parameters such as the selected resistance, training duration, distance, 500m time, rowing strokes per minute, calories burned per hour, power in watts, pulse rate (optional chest strap required) and a graphical power curve.

The Fluid Rower E350 is a robust device designed for professional use, use in corporate gyms or hotel facilities, but also for demanding home use. The device allows people with a body weight of up to 150 kg to perform a joint-gentle, cardiovascular strengthening workout.

The device can be raised to save space. The seat is mounted at the height of a chair, making it easy to get on and off the Fluid Rower E350. The ergonomically shaped seat is comfortable and invites even longer workouts. The rolling behavior of the seat is excellent due to the use of high-quality ball bearings.
