The Apollo V (22FAPV0000) from Fluid Rower by First Degree Fitness is a rowing machine with water tank. Ideally suited for beginners and ambitious athletes who want to improve their fitness and performance at home.
Rowing is an excellent strength-endurance workout: about 85% of all muscles are involved in rowing.
Water is the natural and optimal resistance for a realistic rowing feeling. The ingenious thing about water as a resistance system is that it responds dynamically to the application of force (pull strength) by the exerciser. In addition, the amount of water can be adjusted in 5 steps (patented 2-chamber tank system). This allows the base resistance to be adjusted to suit different people and fitness levels. Perfect for use as a family fitness machine.
Via Bluetooth, the Apollo V's training computer can be connected to the Fluid Connect app, Kinomap and also to a chest strap (optional).
The tank unit is supported by a steel frame. The two slide rails on which the rowing seat rolls are made of American ash and are extremely stable.
