Make your Bowflex strength training even more challenging. With the Bowflex 410 lbs/185 Kg Rod upgrade (10071), you can increase the resistance from 140 Kg to 185 Kg.
Before you can use this upgrade, you first need the 310 lbs/140 Kg Rod upgrade from Bowflex (95146).
Included are two rods of 50 lbs each = Total 45 Kg weight addition.
This upgrade is only for the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE weight station (100348).
