Bowflex Home Gym Xtreme 2 SE
Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE (100348) - the compact power station for an effective total body workout. Instead of classic weights, the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE uses flexible rods to build up resistance. In addition to the flexible and fast adjustment of the training resistance, the training position can also be adjusted quickly and with many variations. Thanks to cable pull technology, XTREME 2 SE offers over 70 exercise options for a comprehensive full-body workout in the smallest space.
The training resistance can be adjusted up to 95 kg pull weight and this without weight blocks (with the two weight upgrade sets even up to 185 kg). This has another big advantage: the weight station has a much lower net weight than a conventional home gym station.
The seat is adjustable in height, so that the sitting position can be optimally adapted to different body sizes. The seat can be removed just as easily, allowing exercises to be performed while standing at the Xtreme 2 SE.
Rope pulls at the top, in the middle and at the foot of the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE allow exercises for every part of the body to be performed optimally. Thus, with the help of the cable pulls and supplied handles and bar incredibly many exercises can be performed.
