Tunturi Cardio Fit Vibration Plate V20
By using the Tunturi Plate V10 (19TCFV1000), you cannot just build up muscles and accelerate fat burning, but also increase blood circulation and bone density. The Tunturi V10 is actually not a vibration plate, but a oscillation plate which does not work with vibration, but with oscillation. With this specific shaking movement, muscles need to react pointedly to keep body in balance. These exercises are very protective and done with a minimal stress on the backbone.
The Tunturi V10 Plate provides 30 different speed levels and contains 3 fixed and 1 manual mode. The included and removable chair is a support for shoulder, neck, thigh and back work outs. Also included in the box is the remote control.
