The Nautilus Ergometer U628 (100497) is a good entry-level machine for cardio training. With 29 pre-installed training programs you can train varied. Included are interval, competition, weight-burning programs, among others. These programs help you achieve your goals and always challenge you.
With its resistance system of 13.5 Kg, the device has a good rotation and ergonomic training movement. The resistance can be adjusted in 32 resistance levels, offering a wide range of training resistance.
The comfortable gel saddle adapts very well and offers maximum seating comfort. Even longer workouts are no problem. The handlebars and the saddle can be adjusted many postitons and allow each user an optimal training position. Other extras such as a bottle holder, Bluetooth interface, fan, integrated speakers and much more are great features of the U628 from Nautilus.
