Ironmaster Dumbbell to barbell adapter

With the Ironmaster Adapter Set for Dumbbells and Barbells (IM3119) you can transfer the weight from the dumbbell to the barbell.

These heavy-duty adapters are designed to fit Ironmaster handles perfectly. The dumbbell to barbell adapters are ideal for home exercise equipment because they take up little space.

The Quick-Lock adjustable dumbbell system allows you to lift up to 180 kg without the need for Olympic weight plates.

Since the weight is not placed in the center of the Olympic weight bar, the increased recruitment of the stabilizer muscles naturally results in more challenging lifting throughout the range of motion: greater effort means greater results.
