The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V is made of solid wood construction by rowing machine specialists First Degree Fitness. Thus, the upper frame of the rower is made from a single piece of wood. No screws or bolts. The individual rails are also made from a single piece. The wood is ash from renewable stands in the USA. Like all rowing machines from First Degree Fitness, the Viking Pro V impresses with the highest quality and a sensationally good pulling performance.
The Viking Pro V indoor rower is an extremely robust, stable and resilient piece of fitness equipment. Designed for commercial use in fitness studios. Designed for weight loads of up to 150 kg.
The belt drive of the First Degree Fitness Viking Pro provides a hands-on rowing motion, is durable, smooth, quiet, clean and maintenance free. The extra-long pull cable allows for a very fast return and accompanying high stroke rate. The ergonomically designed handle bar of the Viking Pro Plus V provides good grip and a high level of training comfort. The large dimensioned foot plate has footrests with heel holders. The footrests can be easily and quickly adjusted to the individual shoe size. The heel support of the Viking Pro V optimizes the rowing motion. Adjustable straps secure the feet in place. Thanks to precision ball bearings, the comfortable rower seat glides smoothly and quietly along the tracks. The elevated seating position allows users to sit up and down comfortably.
After the workout, the First Degree Fitness Viking Pro V rower can be elevated to save space. The integrated transport wheels allow the rower to be rolled away quickly and comfortably.
The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V features a water tank with a durable polycarbonate shell and a new paddle system. The new system allows the Viking Pro V rower to provide immediate, consistent pulling resistance throughout the cycle and a 15% increase in maximum resistance - compared to the previous model.
Water is the rower's natural element. The Viking Pro V rower works with this element, using water as a training resistance. The basic resistance can be changed manually via a rotary knob. The resistance no longer needs to be regulated via filling quantity in the water tank. The basic resistance is supplemented by the rower's individual use of force. The stronger the rower pulls, the higher the pulling resistance.
