The Tunturi Vinyl Dumbbell Set 28 kg (14TUSCL358) is a complete dumbbell training set, which is used to achieve targeted muscle growth in the upper arm, back and shoulder or chest area. However, these dumbbells are also helpful as extra weights for full body exercises and they can be used, for example, with lunges. The set consists of 2 barbell bars with a diameter of 25 mm and weight of 1 kg each. Included weigth plates are: 4 x 3.5 kg, 4 x 2 kg and 4 x 1 kg. Which means, 2 dumbbells of 14 kg each or also many other variations can be put together.
