The Tunturi weight sled (14TUSCF074) is ideal for condition training, sprint and strength training and also claims legs, hips and arms. An optimal total body workout is guaranteed. Especially in the field of cross training weight sleds are often used. The Sled is versatile, because it can be equipped with different amounts of weight up to 200 kg. The weight discs for loading should have an Olympic diameter of 50 mm. The empty weight of the sled is 28 kg. The train harness (14TUSCF075) must be purchased separately to the sled, but is also available here in the online shop.
