The Tunturi Aerobic Power Step (14TUSCL390) comes with a new design. Not only has the anti-slip surface but also the 3-level system for height adjustment convince the athletes. The Power Step by Tunturi is ideal for training with your own body weight. Just to mention this too, the Step Up Board can be used for much more than just step exercises. Creativity in the training is required.
Advanced athletes can also use extra ballast from Tunturi, such as weight vests, weight cuffs or weight plates. The stepper is not only used in body pump classes, but also in aerobics, cross-fit or for sports medicine exercises.
