Softer Tunturi Yoga Grid Fascia Foam Roller 33 cm
This new foam grid roller for massage, yoga and Pilates has a little bit softener outer material and another surface structure.
The new Tunturi foam grid roller (14TUSYO013) has also a hardened inside roll and is ideal for self-massage as well as for professional massage thru the therapist. The massage roller reaches areas, which are difficult to access.
You can use this massage roller also as fascia trainer for workouts at the wall, on the floor or on the table.
The special knob surface of this massage roller and the lengthways and crossways slots create a sensational massage effect. Therefore, with this roll, tensions, hardenings and bonding of the conjunctive tissue will be relaxed and loosened.
