With the exclusive double pad width design, you can lie with your head at the wide end in the flat position and have a 31 cm wide shelf for your shoulders, or lie the other way and have a 26 cm width.

The Ironmaster Hybrid Bench Pad (IM1210) allows each user to optimize the workout by training with either a wide or narrow pad.
