Digital Tunturi Heart Rate Chest Belt
The Tunturi Digital Heart Rate Chest Belt with Monitor (14TUSRU185) can be used for an efficient heart rate training. The heart rate or beats per minute (bpm) is used as a guide to hit a certain intensity of your workout, for example with running or cycling. Instead of training at a specific pace, the heart rate monitor is used to train at a specific effort level for a set amount of time. Heart-rate-based training therefore strengthens the aerobic system without overstressing it.
The Chest Belt from Tunturi tracks and sums up the performance and shows an overview on a cardio equipment, smartphone or tablet. This includes real-time heart rate, training zones and calories burned. The Heart Rate Chest Belt is compatible with Tunturi Routes and other training apps. Bluetooth 4.0 is integrated and the ANT+ technology allows to connect with all Bluetooth supported Tunturi cardio machines, smartphones, tablets as well as GPS watches. The Chest Belt is low in power consumption. It runs on a CR2032 battery that can be changed easily if necessary.
The strap is comfortable and can be adjusted in its size. Possible lengths can be set from 65 - 95 cm.
